I saw this card by Jen del Muro and immediately fell in love with it as I was in absolute textural bliss. I love cards that I can visually see the texture as well as touch it. So, I just had to create my own version of this vision of loveliness. I think this card is pretty simple in design with just the right amount of glitz and glam. I love all the white with just a touch of color. Texture in review...embossed snowflake background, glitter covered snowflakes, red rhinestone all rounded out with a touch of the distressed edges.
Please let me know what you think.

Bountiful...rather Buttonful Birthday
My sister from another mister had a birthday not too long ago. So of course I had to make her a birthday card if I enjoy good health...which I do, so this is what I did...
I wanted to try something different and use an embellishment that I adore...BUTTONS! Pretty much everything about this card was inspired by Maile Belles' Blue Button Birthday Card that I saw in the Paper Crafts July/August magazine, page 70.

girl!
I made birth announcments earlier this summer and I had the opportunity to celebrate another birth this fall. I used the same layout and style just tweaked for a baby girl. A clean and simple design that was enjoyed by family and friends.
