Another Birthday...

I needed something quick, easy, but nice to make for a co-worker’s birthday. My hubby gave me the idea of the gift card holder and this video gave me the idea for decor and the rest was history. I have to admit I’ve am quite happy with the results for my first attempt with this technique. Hope you enjoy & please let me know what you think.
